# CVE-2025-34030: sar2html OS Command Injection - Exploited (CISA KEV): no - Published: 2025-06-20 - CVSS: 10 CRITICAL (v4.0) - EPSS: 52.2% (99th percentile) - CWE: CWE-78 An OS command injection vulnerability exists in sar2html version 3.2.2 and prior via the plot parameter in index.php. The application fails to sanitize user-supplied input before using it in a system-level context. Remote, unauthenticated attackers can inject shell commands by appending them to the plot parameter (e.g., ?plot=;id) in a crafted GET request. The output of the command is displayed in the application's interface after interacting with the host selection UI. Successful exploitation leads to arbitrary command execution on the underlying system. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-02-04 UTC. ## Edge WAF coverage (claimed by vendors, not measured) | Vendor | Status | First rule | Days after publication | |---|---|---|---| | Cloudflare | Blocks by default | 2025-09-08 | 80 | | AWS | No public claim | — | — | | Microsoft Azure | No public claim | — | — | | Google Cloud | No public claim | — | — | | Fastly | Before feed history | — | — | | F5 | No public claim | — | — | | Akamai | No public source | — | — | | OWASP CRS | No public claim | — | — | ### Cloudflare - 2025-09-08 · new · rule 0181ebb2cc234f2d863412e1bab19b0b · default Block > Sar2HTML - Command Injection - CVE:CVE-2025-34030.
