# CVE-2025-34291: Langflow Origin Validation Error Vulnerability - Exploited (CISA KEV): yes, added 2026-05-21 - Published: 2025-12-05 - CVSS: 9.4 CRITICAL (v4.0) - EPSS: 92.8% (100th percentile) - CWE: CWE-346 Langflow versions up to and including 1.6.9 contain a chained vulnerability that enables account takeover and remote code execution. An overly permissive CORS configuration (allow_origins='*' with allow_credentials=True) combined with a refresh token cookie configured as SameSite=None allows a malicious webpage to perform cross-origin requests that include credentials and successfully call the refresh endpoint. An attacker-controlled origin can therefore obtain fresh access_token / refresh_token pairs for a victim session. Obtained tokens permit access to authenticated endpoints — including built-in code-execution functionality — allowing the attacker to execute arbitrary code and achieve full system compromise. ## Edge WAF coverage (claimed by vendors, not measured) | Vendor | Status | First rule | Days after publication | |---|---|---|---| | Cloudflare | No public claim | — | — | | AWS | No public claim | — | — | | Microsoft Azure | No public claim | — | — | | Google Cloud | No public claim | — | — | | Fastly | Before feed history | — | — | | F5 | No public claim | — | — | | Akamai | No public source | — | — | | OWASP CRS | No public claim | — | — | ## Our test (measured) - OWASP Core Rule Set 4.25.0, paranoia level 1, anomaly threshold 5, default CRS settings: passed (0 of 2 requests blocked), template CVE-2025-34291, 2026-11-02 - OWASP Core Rule Set 4.25.0, paranoia level 2, anomaly threshold 5, default CRS settings: passed (0 of 2 requests blocked), template CVE-2025-34291, 2026-11-02 "No public claim" means no vendor statement names this CVE; "Before feed history" means the CVE is older than the vendor feed.
