# CVE-2025-64459: Potential SQL injection via _connector keyword argument in QuerySet and Q objects - Exploited (CISA KEV): no - Published: 2025-11-05 - CVSS: 9.1 CRITICAL (v3.1) - EPSS: 19.3% (97th percentile) - CWE: CWE-89 An issue was discovered in 5.1 before 5.1.14, 4.2 before 4.2.26, and 5.2 before 5.2.8. The methods `QuerySet.filter()`, `QuerySet.exclude()`, and `QuerySet.get()`, and the class `Q()`, are subject to SQL injection when using a suitably crafted dictionary, with dictionary expansion, as the `_connector` argument. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.0.x, 4.1.x, and 3.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank cyberstan for reporting this issue. ## Edge WAF coverage (claimed by vendors, not measured) | Vendor | Status | First rule | Days after publication | |---|---|---|---| | Cloudflare | Blocks by default | 2026-02-02 | 89 | | AWS | No public claim | — | — | | Microsoft Azure | No public claim | — | — | | Google Cloud | No public claim | — | — | | Fastly | Before feed history | — | — | | F5 | Rule published | 2026-01-20 | 76 | | Akamai | No public source | — | — | | OWASP CRS | No public claim | — | — | ### Cloudflare - 2026-02-02 · new · rule ad5c52f6ca334ef4a844e5e5da8ba7e6 · default Block > Django SQLI - CVE:CVE-2025-64459.
