# CVE-2026-59726: Ruflo: Unauthenticated RCE in MCP bridge default docker-compose deployment - Exploited (CISA KEV): no - Published: 2026-07-09 - CVSS: 10 CRITICAL (v3.1) - EPSS: 3.0% (87th percentile) - CWE: CWE-78, CWE-306, CWE-942 Ruflo is an agent meta-harness for Claude Code and Codex. Prior to 3.16.3, ruflo's default docker-compose deployment exposed the MCP bridge POST /mcp and POST /mcp/:group endpoints without authentication, allowing an unauthenticated network attacker to invoke tools/call to terminal_execute, obtain a shell in the bridge container, read provider API keys, and poison AgentDB learning-store patterns. This issue is fixed in version 3.16.3. ## Edge WAF coverage (claimed by vendors, not measured) | Vendor | Status | First rule | Days after publication | |---|---|---|---| | Cloudflare | No public claim | — | — | | AWS | No public claim | — | — | | Microsoft Azure | No public claim | — | — | | Google Cloud | No public claim | — | — | | Fastly | Before feed history | — | — | | F5 | Rule published | 2026-09-16 | 69 | | Akamai | No public source | — | — | | OWASP CRS | No public claim | — | — | ### F5 - 2026-09-16 · new · rule 200103691 > Added: signature 200103691 "Ruflo Remote Command Execution" (Command Execution, risk Medium), systems: Other Web Server.
